No. You see the site first. If you don’t want it, you pay nothing and I delete it. No hard feelings.
That’s expected. Text or email me what you want different — wording, photos, colors, services, whatever. Changes during the build are part of the $500. It’s your site; it should say what you want it to say.
If I sent you the site, you say yes, I hook it up to your web address — usually live within a day. Say yes by Tuesday and it’s live that Friday, guaranteed — later in the week, the following Friday. Either way: live by a Friday or you pay nothing.
$49/month covers hosting, security and software updates, daily backups, and small changes — new photos, updated hours, a price change, a service added. Text me and it’s usually done same day. Want an address at your own domain, like mike@yourbusiness.com, pointing to the inbox you already use? I’ll set that up. Bigger stuff — a new page, a booking system, a redesign — I’ll quote before I start anything. No contract, cancel anytime. Rather host it yourself? The files are yours and I’ll send you everything.
Yes. The website, files, and content are yours. You can have me update it later or hire anyone you choose. Move it wherever you want. You’re never locked in. That never changes — even if you cancel hosting later, the full site files and design are yours and I’ll hand everything over.
